RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Exchange and return transactions of products you have purchased from Vario Online Shop are not made in our stores.

Returns of products that have been damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer within 14 days from the date you received your product are not accepted. The original invoice and all copies you have must be sent together with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for products without invoices.

Exchange/return cannot be made for evening dress products.

The shipping fee for the products you want to return is covered by our company. You can return your products free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with the cargo company we have an agreement with. The shipping fee for returns sent with other cargo companies belongs to the buyer. It will not be accepted if it is sent with the buyer's payment.

Following the delivery of your product to us, if no definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is detected after the examinations to be carried out by our authorities, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts with our receipt of the returned product.

When your return request is approved, you will be informed by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be carried out by our authorities, the reason for the return rejection will be communicated and the product(s) you sent for return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified.

For product returns, the product must definitely be applied with the invoice printout, the product must have its original labels intact, must not be used and must be delivered to you completely with all its accessories as it was received.
