Return/Exchange Conditions
Exchanges and returns of the products you have purchased from Vario Online Shop are not possible in our stores.
Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used or cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all copies of it must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for products without an invoice.
Evening dress products cannot be exchanged/refunded.
The shipping fee for the products you want to return is covered by our company. You can return your products free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with our contracted cargo company. For returns sent via other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer payment.

After your product reaches us, if no definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is detected after the examination by our officials, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when we receive the product you returned.
When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be carried out by our officials, the reason for the return rejection will be stated and the product(s) you sent for return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified.
In order to return the product, the product must be accompanied by the invoice, the product must have its original tags, must be unused, and must be delivered to you with all its accessories.
